I understand that 1-2-1 Personal Training isn’t for everyone, it can be daunting prospect, especially if you are fairly new to training.
Which is why I offer Partner Training, the ability to train with a friend, whilst still receiving the benefits of a structured training and nutrition programme.
Training with someone else has benefits in and out of the gym. Creating a competitive yet fun atmosphere during training, whilst helping you to keep consistent and accountable
outside of sessions. Plus It’s great to have someone to share the experience with and celebrate in each others successes.
The first step is a consultation, in which we will talk about what you’re currently doing and what you’re looking to achieve from training with me.
After which I’ll put you through a short mobility assessment to gauge any areas that may affect technique during workouts.
Once all that is done, we will set up your first session in which you’ll receive your personalised nutrition plan.
You’re never flying solo with Partner Training, I will be with you every step of the way, both in and out of workouts, making sure that you work hard and achieve
the goals you set out. Every session is designed and coached by me to make sure you get the most out of training.
