Training with me remotely offers the flexibility to train around your schedule alongside a structured, personalised nutrition and workout programme.
Starting with a consultation, in which I will cover everything the programme has to offer, whilst gaining the relevant information from you about what you want to achieve and what your current struggles are.
Beyond this point I will ask you to fill out a food diary for a week before training starts and also walk you through a video assessment to gauge any mobility issues.
Once these are done, I will use the information gained to write you a comprehensive programme, that’s built with you and your goal in mind to achieve the best possible results.
You will have unlimited access to me throughout the programme to keep you accountable and for any questions you may have.
The only distinct difference from my in-person coaching being that you will need to be dedicated, disciplined and focused to get the most from programme.
