What's included in my programme? 

All packages come with workout and nutrition programmes that are updated as you progress. 

How long until I see results? 

This all depends on the work you put in. If you follow the plan consistently, you should start to see progress in the first month. 

How much do your charge? 

It depends on what package you buy and frequency of training. All pricing will be given out during the free consultation. 

How does it all work? 

After initial contact, we will set out a time and date to sit down, meet each other and go through the process, everything from pricing to what you want to achieve from training. Providing that you are happy with everything, we will set up the first session, which is an assessment. I will use that information to create your personalised programme before we meet again for session 2. Beyond that depends on the package you've chosen. 

I don't want to work out alone, is there another option? 

Absolutely! It can be a scary prospect for some training on a 1-2-1 basis. This is why I also have a Partner Training package. Bring a friend along and train together. This is a great way of keeping motivated and a bit of friendly competition never hurt anyone! 

I don't live anywhere near you, can I still benefit from your coaching? 

Yes, I offer online coaching. You get the same level of coaching, but with the benefit of not having to see my face every session. Regular check-ins via Skype, email or WhatsApp and updates to your programme so you don't plateau. Online coaching works really well for those that are able to self motivate (get themselves to the gym) or those who can't make it to a 1-2-1 session.
