Likelihood is you’re here because you’re thinking about hiring a trainer, maybe I’m the first one you’ve looked at, maybe not, either way finding the right trainer is a tough decision!
I totally understand, it’s a big decision. My clients have been in your shoes, and as you scroll down I’ll explain what I do, who I train and how I can help you achieve your goals.
I’ll be there every step of the way, keeping you accountable, you’ll get a nutrition plan that’s easy to implement, detailing the amount of calories to eat, along with a food list (including vegan options) so you’re not wondering what’s best to eat.
I don’t do meal plans
Why? Frankly, they’re boring to follow. I prefer my clients to have flexibility in what and when they eat and from my 11 years of experience, I get better results without them.
For me this is something that should be truly individualised, there are so many factors to take into account when I write your program, everything from your goals, the way you move, your restrictions, injuries, all with the ultimate goal of creating a body that is strong, balanced, functions well and you’re proud to own.
The second part of training for me is education. During our 1-2-1 sessions I’ll help you learn the right technique for each movement, making sure you are be able to execute every movement with safety and precision.
Now at this point you’re probably thinking about your potential results… asking yourself, what could I achieve with this guy?
It comes down to consistency, paired with the right nutrition and training.
Does everyday have to perfect? No.
Does every workout need to be better than the last? No.
Progress requires team work. Trust me when I tell you that your goal is as important to me as it is to you, and I’ll be there every step of the way to keep you accountable. It’s not always going to be smooth sailing, some days you just won’t feel like it and that’s ok, but we’ll tackle it together, if you can turn up to each session, I’ll get the best out of you.

Fast forward to now and they've lost over 6st combined, are visibly leaner, more confident and much stronger!
How did they do it?
Consistent focus, turning up to sessions, even on the days they felt their body was against them.

Initial Movement Assessment
A workout and nutrition programme that’s designed specifically for you, plus any workouts for when you’re away and can’t get to gym (holidays, work trips etc.)
Access to me beyond the gym via the phone for any questions, queries, guidance on eating out at restaurants and everything in between.
Regular weekly progress checks to keep you on track.
