It all starts with the consultation, in which you will sit down with myself and go through where you are now, the areas that you want to improve and what you’re looking to achieve whilst working with me.
Once I have all this information, the next step is a movement assessment, that can be completed on the day (if you have time), or built into the first session. The assessment is to gauge any mobility issues that may need specific work and to
cover any injuries, past or present that might need to be addressed within the programme that I create for you. It’s not a long process, but one I rank highly as the reason my programmes work so well.
After both the consultation and movement assessment are complete, I will create a bespoke personalised workout and nutritional programme that will ensure that you achieve your goals, and is updated as you progress.
All you have to do is choose how many sessions you would like per week, and be consistent.

Access to me beyond the gym via the phone for any questions, queries, guidance on eating out at restaurants and everything in between.
